    Perry is a full-stack engineer with nearly three decades of experience modernizing legacy systems and building new platforms from the ground up. He brings deep experience across databases, backend services, and frontends, along with the judgment to balance technical debt, business continuity, and when to migrate versus rebuild. Perry uses AI throughout his engineering workflow — from refactoring and testing to code analysis and architecture — to tackle ambitious projects faster without sacrificing sound engineering.

    Steve Marsh leads engineering at pmlc.studio, bringing full-stack experience and a background in production systems at enterprise scale to the studio’s story-driven work. He shapes the technical direction — from architecture and standards to the workflows that turn ideas into dependable products. His practice builds with AI at every stage and builds AI into the experiences themselves. That combination helps the studio move quickly, explore ambitious ideas, and deliver work designed to hold up beyond the prototype.

    Tim Looney is a proven software product leader who has brought revenue-generating solutions to market at multiple companies. For the past six months, he has focused on building with the latest AI tools and workflows, turning emerging capabilities into engaging experiences. Outside of work, he’s a longtime enthusiast of history, cinema, and simulation gaming.

    Paul Clark is an entrepreneur and business development leader with decades of experience turning ideas into companies, products, and partnerships. He has built, led, and exited multiple businesses across technology, data, and creative services. For the past two years, Paul has worked closely with clients to apply AI to real business challenges and opportunities. At pmlc.studio, he is focused on finding the right opportunities, shaping them, and building the relationships that turn promising ideas into meaningful work.
